- I hereby accept that to the full extent permitted in law, race organisers, the beneficiary (Bledlow Ridge School Association) or the race sponsors shall not be liable for any accidents, injury, loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of my participation in the event.
- I also accept my entry is subject to the organisers discretion and that no refund of the entry fee will be made as a result of cancellation of the event.

Cancellation
The race will only be cancelled as a last resort and we feel it is unsafe for the race to be run. This information will be listed on the website, Twitter and Facebook pages. So please check these pages on the morning of the event to ensure the race is still taking place.
Maximum Race Time
Any runners who are not on track for finishing either race within 1 hour 45 minutes for the 10k and 3 hours for the half marathon will (very politely) be asked to withdraw from the race by the Race Sweeper.
Headphones
In line with the England Athletics governing body, runners are requested not to wear headphones whilst running, and can be excluded from the Race Results.
Minimum Age
The minimum age for the 10k is 15 years old, and entrants must have their parent or carer’s permission before entering.
The minimum age for the half marathon is 17 years old.
Finish Position
We know that you will probably quite exhausted at the finish of the race, but please listen to the race helpers and keep in your finishing position until you get your goody bag and medal. This helps us to make sure that the race results are correct.
And finally, in the case of any disputes, the decision of the Ridge Off Roader Race Directors (Isabel Cheshire & Tim Harrison) and Committee is final and any queries should be sent to runtheridgeoffroader@gmail.com.
